To book an appointment through your insurer, please do not use the online booking system. Instead, contact the practice directly by email at Tom@Reforgedphysiotherapy.co.uk and include your full name, insurance provider, policy number and a contact phone number. We’ll then be in touch as soon as possible to arrange and confirm your appointment.
